June Shopping Guide

Check out all the Krazy Deals we found for June.
This post contains paid affiliate links, please read our Advertising Disclosure Statement.

Did you know that June is the third month of the year with less than 31 days?

Although June may be one of the shorter months of the year, its supply of shopping events and promotions is far from lacking.

You may be considering buying a gym membership this summer, this may be because the hype of the New Year’s resolutions is dwindling. So if heading back to the gym is on your to-do list, look for those offering deals and discounts on their memberships.

Did you know in the United States, Flag Day is June 14th? Flag Day honors and commemorates the adoption of the flag of the United States which occurred on June 14th, 1777. Some states provide a sales tax exemption for flag purchases on Flag Day. Also, retailers in the past have been known to offer Flag Day deals and even Flag Day sidewalk sales. So be on the lookout for those.

Father’s Day is Sunday, June 18th, 2023. Father’s Day commemorates fatherhood and gives us all a chance to celebrate and appreciate all fathers and father figures including grandfathers, great-grandfathers, stepfathers, foster fathers…etc. Like Mother’s Day retailers offer an abundance of deals and specialty gifts just for dad!

We can't forget about Amazon's biggest event of the year, Prime Day! Amazon's annual Prime Day event is on July 11th & 12th, 2023. As a Prime member, you can see up to 50% off Amazon Devices, extra rewards when using your Prime Credit Card and so much more! Don't miss out on your chance to save big!

Lastly, we have the first day of summer known as the Summer Solstice on Tuesday, June 21st, 2023! You know what that means? Summer Sales GALORE!!

If you're like me and always looking to save even more money on your online purchases two of my go-to coupon and coupon code browser extensions are Honey and Rakuten. Ibotta has recently launched a Beta Browser that is on the fast track to becoming my favorite browser, I highly recommend checking it out and giving it a try! I also recommend using cashback apps to earn money back on your everyday in-store and online purchases. My favorite cashback apps are Ibotta and Fetch Rewards.

April Shopping Guide 2021

Check out all the Krazy deals we found for April 2021.
This post contains paid affiliate links, please read our Advertising Disclosure Statement.

April showers bring May flowers and also the dreaded spring cleaning.

Now is the time to start packing away those winter clothes. You can find many deals on storage totes, organization, and cleaning supplies. April is also a great time to replace your vacuum cleaner. I know buying a vacuum isn’t necessarily the most exciting purchase you'll make, but it can be less painful when you’re taking advantage of a spring cleaning sale. Easter is Sunday, April 4th this year, and when Easter is done and over, leftover candy and Easter-related products will be deeply discounted.

Also with winter finally over (for some of us..lol), it’s the perfect time to get active again and there will be many deals on sneakers and activewear to help you out. Consider this your reminder and extra motivation to keep working towards those fitness goals you set in January! Keep going, YOU GOT THIS!!

Surprisingly tires also go down in price around April, so if you need to replace them, April is a great month to find Krazy Deals on some new tires. Also, FYI Mother's Day is right around the corner coming up on Sunday, May 9th to be exact, so some April deals would work out well too, as small appliances and jewelry tend to be discounted in April.

April definitely has its fair share of spring deals and discounts. Other dates to remember coming up in April Earth Day on Monday the 22nd, Administrative Professionals Day on Wednesday the 21st, and Arbor Day on Friday the 26th. Normally Tax Day is April 15th however, this year it has been extended to May 17th, 2021.

With Covid-19 still lingering our shopping experiences have shifted to even more online shopping. So, if you're like me and always looking to save even more money on your online purchases two of my go-to coupon and coupon code browser extensions are Honey and Rakuten. Ibotta has recently launched a Beta Browser that is on the fast track to becoming my favorite browser, I highly recommend checking it out and giving it a try! I also recommend using cashback apps to earn money back on your every day in-store and online purchases. My favorite cashback apps are Ibotta and Fetch Rewards.

Wow, the start of 2021 has been quite the whirlwind, so let's kick off 2021 and finish January with some savings.

The holiday season has come to an end and the new year is here! With a brand new year comes a fresh new batch of brand new sales. January is a wonderful time for new beginnings and fresh starts. Can we say New Year’s Resolutions!? Sporting goods stores and fitness retailers know you want to get in shape this year. So look for fitness apparel and equipment sales to help you reach your health and fitness goals!

In January Department stores have “white Sales” on their bedding and linens. So look for those “white sales” throughout the month of January to stock up on fresh new towels and sheets for the new year! Clothing deals also make up the greater part of January's best sales and discounts. You'll discover a great deal of winter wear on the clearance and closeout racks as stores are trying to make room for the spring styles. In many parts of the nation, it's still chilly and frosty enough to still need that winter coat. What a great opportunity to start working on next year’s winter wardrobe while cashing in on big savings!

When it comes to the world of furniture, new styles will be hitting the market in February, which means retailers will be clearing out the previous season’s stock in January. So if you’re in the market for some new furniture now would be the time to see what’s left and how Krazy of a deal you can get!

Let's not forget that Super Bowl is right around the corner and that means discounts on TV’s and many more home-theater essentials. Speaking of Super Bowl. Let’s not forget about representing our favorite sports team! So keep your eye out for these deals to score big!

June Shopping Guide 2020

Still shopping in the age of COVID-19…

As many of us around the world are entering yet another phase of opening back up and moving towards getting back to "normal" or should we say the New "Normal". Many are leaving their homes and heading to the local stores to shop. As stores are opening back up and allowing in-store shopping, be sure to double-check to see what new rules they have implemented and guidelines that they are following to keep their customers safe.

Since most stores and shopping centers were closed to the public for an extended period time, most of their spring stock didn't move so many stores are having some KRAZY sales trying to clear out their stock and make room for the incoming summer stock. I have personally seen up to 90% off sales! So if you are brave enough to head out for some in-store shopping be on the lookout for these KRAZY sales.

If you prefer to stick with online shopping there are still many KRAZY deals waiting for you! It is said that June is the perfect time to stock up on undergarments. This in part is thanks to Victoria’s Secret who is known to host one of its famed Semi-Annual Sales in June. Be on the lookout for other retailers like Macy's, Shein, Venus, and AMI Clubwear are sure to offer equally competitive sales in their undergarments department.

As gyms start opening back up you may also consider buying a gym membership during the summer, As we've all likely gotten a little out of shape during our downtime in quarantine... Gyms normally offer sign up deals around this time of year due to the hype of the New Year’s resolutions dwindling and people who signed up as part of their resolutions have since canceled their memberships or due to gyms realize it’s starting to get a little hot out there, here in the Northern Hemisphere. Which may deter some from being active outside and they are looking for cooler places to get their workouts in. Then there's this year where gyms have been closed down for two months or more… Regardless of why, the fact remains, Gyms seem to be more eager for sign-ups at this time of the year. So look for those offering deals and discounts on their memberships. As with in-store shopping, be sure to double-check to see what new rules they have implemented and guidelines that they are following to keep their members safe.

Did you know in the United States, Flag Day is June 14th? Flag Day honors and commemorates the adoption of the flag of the United States which occurred on June 14th, 1777. Shopping in the age of the COVID-19 Pandemic May 2020

Shopping in the age of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

It's really easy to lose track of time and days when you're in the middle of a pandemic and in quarantine…

With countries, states, counties, and cities still on lockdown or slowly starting the reopening phases which are still limiting our abilities to move around freely for our normal shopping trips and with job layoffs and furloughs still effecting so many people most of us are still just focusing on necessity shopping only. So not much has changed... We're still finding ourselves ordering most of those necessities online, either for delivery or for pick-up while the world is still practicing social distancing.

As grocery shopping is an essential part of everyday life, grocery stores are making it even easier for you to get those essentials without ever having to step foot in their store, with grocery pick-up and even delivery directly to your front door. Walmart Grocery has a grocery pickup and even offers home delivery in some areas. Target offers home delivery through Shipt.

Other grocery stores that offer grocery pick-up and/or delivery are Publix, Aldi, Kroger, Wegmans, Costco, Wholefoods, Albertsons, Sprouts…etc. Another service similar to Shipt which partners with hundreds of retailers nationwide that offer grocery delivery straight to your door is Instacart.

Grocery delivery companies are not anything new, some are even solely online grocery companies such as Boxed, Thrive Market, AmazonFresh, FreshDirect and Misfit Market.

In these uncertain times saving money on basic necessities is as important as ever. One of my go-to coupon and coupon code browser extensions is Honey. I also recommend using cashback apps to earn money back on your everyday purchases. My favorite cashback apps are Ibotta, Rakuten, and Fetch Rewards.

Most companies are still experiencing unusually high order volumes, and product shortages resulting in shipping delays and products out-of-stock Due to high demand, orders could be delayed. Please be patient as our truck drivers, stock personnel and delivery drivers work tirelessly to keep up with the current supply and demand.
